Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to anyone using Int!nt Vet Tools ("the service"), provided by Intelligent Integrations. By signing in or using an access code you agree to them.

Who may use it

The service is for staff of Castle House Veterinary Practice and people they invite. Accounts are created by invitation or access code. Do not share your password or pass your account to someone else.

What the service is

It is an administrative aid. It helps organise records, work out dates, sort filing, and hold reference material. It is a convenience tool, not an official system of record.

Important limitations

• It is not a veterinary or clinical system. Nothing in it is veterinary advice. Clinical decisions must be made by a qualified veterinary surgeon.
• It does not replace official systems. Statutory records, including bovine TB testing, must be recorded in the relevant government system. Always check figures and dates against the original paperwork and the official system before submitting anything.
• Calculated dates are a guide. Date calculators are provided to save time. Confirm any statutory deadline against current official guidance.
• The assistant can be wrong. The built-in assistant produces text automatically and may be inaccurate. Anything it transcribes from a photo or document must be checked against the original before use. Do not rely on it for regulatory, clinical, or legal matters.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has them.
• Only upload content you have the right to upload.
• Do not put content on publicly shared pages that identifies clients, farms, herds, or individuals.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users, or to interfere with the service.
• Use the service lawfully and in line with your obligations to the practice and to your clients.

Public sharing

Media pages marked as public can be opened by anyone holding the link, without signing in. It is the responsibility of the administrator who marks a page public to ensure it contains nothing confidential.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a fault with a third party provider. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Intelligent Integrations is not liable for loss arising from use of the service, including errors in calculated dates, transcribed figures, or assistant output. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending access

Access may be withdrawn if these terms are broken, or if the practice asks for it. You may ask for your account to be closed at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
